Jon was punctual, professional, and hard working. He also respected my personal health concerns and wore a mask while in my home. He went above and beyond for my high reaching loft windows using super long poles (w/o having access to a tall ladder), which look fantastic! He promises to bring tall ladder next time, which will give him a 5-star rating! :)
